Nico Singer is person who cover a song (mostly vocaloid songs) and uploaded it in Nico Nico Douga Site (like Youtube).
Most of their voice, mix and arransement is pretty good!

Usa-san, Yamai-san and Tolie-san is from one circle named Usa Colony. Their works is pretty good.

Tolie-san used トゥライ name when cover a song, and used RyuuseiP(流星P) or Minato when produced vocaloid original song. He is the one who made 'Magnet' and 'Spice'! XD
I really admired him!
